An awful app. Dreadful experience trying to check in online or change any details. Can't add a flight to manage my booking so have to enter details every single time. Keeps crashing and filling in fields makes no sense. I had to Google what the password requirements were to fill in the box because it just kept saying my password choice was invalid. I don't think I could design a worse interface if I tried. Feels like a school project that has somehow managed to be deployed. 0 stars if I could.

Useless App. Im on the final page on Payments "Pay your booking" and the app would not proceed to continue, no matter how many times I click.. At first I thought it was just my phone but I have tried 2 different phones of different brand and ended up the same result. You just lost a customer today. Going to fly Cebpac instead or AirAsia.

After the latest update, the application doesn't allow me to login... Needed to update my password. After the process it hanged. A reinstall does not work to resolve whatever issue the application has. Similar issues with some, it keeps on crashing after logging in and opening the app.
