If I could I would give 0 stars for not including a recalibrate option and not responding to support emails. I received the kishi v2 controller as a gift and messed up the calibration. The controller is completely unusable now as whenever I launch a game both the a and x buttons respond as if x was pressed. But in the nexus app all buttons respond normally. This makes every game unplayable as I no longer have a confirm button. Most games don't have remapping options so I can't even make due.

So buggy. I've been a Razer Kishi V2 owner for 1 month now and the amount of times I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app, or force close and reset permissions, or delete and remap virtual controls is so tedious and ridiculous that I almost wonder if the hassle of using a Razer Kishi V2 is even worth it. That said, when it does work, it's great 👍🏻 I still feel there's LOADS more improvement needed in how customisable virtual controls can be. As someone who works in UI & UX design, @ me!

We regret the inconvenience; our team is constantly working on supporting many more use cases and devices. We will surely get back to you once we have an update.

I agree that Razer have listened and added the virtual controller which is absolutely fantastic....they just missed one option which hopefully they will add in the next update which is to add support for inverting the y axis of the right stick. I have been a gamer most my life and have always played y axis look inverted...I cannot play if it isnt. Apps like octopus include it so no reason why Razer cant quickly add this option to Nexus Virtual controller....please!!!
