this app i downloaded only for navi but I couldn't found that in this app even I not able to find chat option this I am tried for lot of time but stil the app is in same condition no improvement

good idea, but lately it does not work, always saying "something wrong, please try again later". Also, the chat feature does not save the history, so you need to start a new conversation, if accidentaly closed. The information provided on the login screen is outdated by several months.

Used to work fine. I think the update is the one causing the app to crash. You might want to roll back the updates to its last workable version. Update: there's a solution. Download the older version. I got mine working on my Android 13 with MyRCL version 1.10.1. Don't forget to turn the auto update in your playstore settings first. Search for the apk. Allow third party app then proceed with the installation.
