Ever since the last security update - May 2025, my phone has frozen/ crashed twice! it's so frustrating as you then have to fiddle around doing a restart... Please sort it out! Also, the other big update earlier in May is that it's all great, but I'd rather have upgrades to the camera quality! That's the only reason I went back with Samsung, and the quality is pretty shocking.

The support to customers offered through the app is deplorable. There is no support, just a mix of AI and useless/disinterested staff with no desire to help their customers. I've been a Samsung user for over a decade (phones and TVs) and never needed support. The way they've teat me (and others with the same problem, having read similar feedback) means I've no problem finding another brand that would like my business.

Hard to rate as everything on the phone is working properly. Not sure if this wasn't the case, how good the app would be... Also, it seems to be generic for all supported devices, not device specific, as it wants to test wired headphones and that's not an option on these new phone models for the last couple of years now... It's a bit slow to open from a notification.
