Clinician training visits: With the first medication delivery, eligible patients will be able to schedule clinician training visits to learn how to administer the medication. Choose a date that suits you in the app.
Manage your medication deliveries: Easily adjust your delivery preferences, add items like sharp bins or wipes and manage it all from your phone.
Live delivery tracking: Monitor your delivery in real-time with a live map showing your driver’s location and remaining stops.

This is THE most pointless app in the history of apps. Its existence doesn't serve any purpose whatsoever other than to silence the nuisance texts Sciensus sends. The whole point of the app is to be able to order medication and to arrange deliveries?? Spoiler alert; I can't!! There's no way to contact the company by phone, email, text, or by their pointless app - it's beyond frustrating. The limited functionality and the lack of responsiveness within the app is ridiculous.

pretty pointless app the only reason I got it was to track my delivery which doesn't work at all. *update - I had emailed previously "we can't help if the driver doesn't have reception" don't waste my time asking you to email if that is the level of response. (no driver ever has reception? but the text message goes through?!) lost a star for this response

Used to be very good, but lately not so much. Keeps saying my order is due, sends a text to confirm at the start of the week, then on the day medication is due suddenly it can't be delivered at all. This has happened twice now....most annoying, as they didn't even try to come. Am starting to not trust then at all. Meds are essential for my RA.
