Good app but has 1 major flaw that you cannot start from the beginning. Due to illness and a couple surgeries I had to take about 6 months off. I was not fit enough to pick up where I'd left off, and as I was unable to go back to square one the app was no longer of used to me. So effectively after paying annually I've lost out.

Brilliant app. Focus is on fitness, strength and wellbeing with slow and sustainable change, rather than restrictive, low fat crash diets where the weight just goes back on. Great variety of workouts including a menopause series, which is fab. Your 'set' workouts progress in intensity as you get fitter. Tasty recipes with portions plenty big enough so no feeling hungry.

I feel the app is great and easy to navigate. The only downside is that the workout videos require Wi-Fi or strong Mobile data signal to play. If you're in a poor mobile data signal area with no Wi-Fi, the videos either won't load or keep buffering. This can add at least 5-10 minutes to the videos if it keeps buffering. I could write the exercises down and set my own timer. However, I prefer to work out and have Joe guide me through it. It just ruins the flow of the workout.
