If I could give it no stars, I would. Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. Application approved and verified but then keeps asking again and again. As you can't have more than one using the same details, I cannot proceed any further as it just keeps saying maximum account limit reached!! I try to log into the seller center app and it just goes straight to verification again! For God's sake Tik tok, pull your finger out and GET ALL THESE ISSUES FIXED!! On top of that, they now have my passport details!!

very disappointing experience. Since they merged, sellers are now forced to migrate to this app, but the process is a mess. The verification system doesn't work properly. Tried reaching out to the live agent, but they were unhelpful and clearly not familiar with the app or the process. As a seller, this is extremely frustrating and a waste of time. Fix the system and train your support team properly.

I wish i can undo the migration process from tokopedia seller to this. The UI is terrible, chat history is not properly exported from previous app, there are bugs everywhere, and some options are permanently gone so my product list is messed up now. And the worst of all, my customer just requested an courier investigation for a missing item, but the system demands me a full refund, which i was forced to accept. This is rubbish.
