Used Timeshifter flying England to Sydney in March 25. Being older, we worried about the effects of jet lag and were lucky enough to see a FB comment recommending Timeshifter. We installed the app and largely followed the notifications sent to us, and it was a game changer. we experienced negligible jet lag or sleep deprivation both on the outbound and inbound flights. We are travelling to the US in September and NZ in 2026, and 100% will be using Timeshifter for both these journeys! Many thanks

Brilliant app to get the most out of my work trips. I was recommended this app by someone who works in F1 (relevant here as they travel across the world all the time for short periods). I semi-regularly take short work trips that are 3/4 days long to time zone differences that are 6 hours +. I have now taken 3 trips using the app (including one holiday) and another work trip purposely not using the app to test it (won't be doing that again). Highly recommend for work or pleasure travel!

Excellent and very effective app. I am usually pretty good with jetlag but facing a 23 hour UK to Australia flight for a short trip where I needed to be sharp for meetings at both ends immediately. Using the app and following the recommendations pretty closely I was able not just to avoid any noticeable jetlag but also to get 8 hours solid sleep in the local time zones on both ends from day 1. Really impressive and I will be using Timeshifter for every trip going forward.
