What a super service to have with my insurance. Away at an Agility Show with a garden attached to my van, so not easy to travel to a vet. My young dog picked up a road kill squirrel on Thursday morning before we came away. Thought I had managed to get it all off her, but she must have got something as has developed diarrhoea. Worried about her passing some blood, so used the Agria Vet service. Spoke to a fabulous vet, who gave totally appropriate advice and reassurance for my situation. Thanks!

I need to contact Agria to cancel a pet policy. The free phone number says they can't answer the call due to what I assume is a training day, there is no email address to contact and the 'contact customer service' section, says 'contact you service providers customer service'. Doh, that's you guys, hello!! taking my money but not contactable. It's all about the money, and very little customer contact.

Like others I initially had issues signing in and was unable to make an account. However I have since noticed there are flags in the top left corner of the start screen. Once I selected my correct country I was able to sign in with my Agria account. The video didn't work on the consultation, which is why I dropped one star. But the vet called my phone and we were able to talk through everything. Overall very happy with the service. Looking forward to the video working.
