Hate this, app! It does nothing but going round in circles. Put my email in, and pin number, and nothing! You can't even see a record of what you've bought from the TJC shopping channel. Which is what you'd expect from this app. No point in having if you can't check on your items, payments. history etc. Therefore for me, it's waste of my storage. And have uninstalled this app. If they could sort these issues out, it would be great Thanks

Messages show in red so that it appears that there is something wrong with it and it has failed to send. You should have a notification telling customers that the message has sent/ not sent, as the case may be. Also, I have to clarify that the app does work as it should some of the time. I know because I have used it. The rest of the time it spends doing goodness knows what, whilst loading and politely requesting "please wait"!! Till you decide you've wasted quite enough time. App needs work!!

Don't like latest changes to UI. Maybe I'm being too critical, as a previous Systems Tester, but the layout isn't quite right. Too many functions on the same screen, much preferred the old layout/functionality. it looks like the Programme Guide has been removed, which I personally liked that feature. Will be using the TJC website from now on, won't stop me from buying from TJC! DISCOUNT CODES NIT WORKING ON APP!
