It is the most awful app I have ever used, it's even worse compared to the regular Marriott app (which is like 3 star maybe). whenever you click on any thing I the app, it takes forever to load, this is if you can actually log in the first place. I know that not a lot of people use this but this thing is just awful, and makes the resort experience worse than without it.

Galaxy Note S9, app is pretty much unusable, hit and miss if you ever get logged in. My wife has an iPhone which appears to be much better so I guess they really don't care that much for Android users. I will add to my Samsung tablet to see if that improves things. Meanwhile I've manually added the owner card to my Google wallet so I can at least show that when I'm making purchases in the resort.

worst app I have ever seen. frankly can't believe in 2025 this is still as horrible as it is. now there is a doom loop saying I need to upgrade the app to continue to use it but there is no upgrade available. the Marriott bonvoy app is great but the vacation club app is abysmal. Do better PLEASE!
