Zero stars. Horrible experience. Support answers after 1h. Very rigid UX. Car routes are not optimized for one way streets. There is no heatmap (they tell you to move to a hotspot, but there is no hotspot on the map). We have no power to unassign an order, or cancel one, or anything else. Pickup times and delivery times are so bad, we need to travel back in time to keep up with them. Nobody takes responsibility. The word "partner" should be used only when there is a partnership.

Same problems with GPS tracking like what others described before me. It's so frustrating, when you sitting in the middle of the zone at peak times for 1 hour without order, due to app bug regarding location tracking, while all other 3rd party apps I'm using with GPS are working just fine. As location tracking is the main component to this app, you need to look into it ASAP.

Recently, I’ve encountered a bug where I can't see combined orders properly. If I receive two orders for the same customer, they appear as separate instead of grouped together. Please look into this and fix it.
