i understand the always changing bonus structure. the map can be improved to be clearer. I also understand the pro level system's vision and how you want it to encourage drivers to take more rides, except that it only does the opposite. every Yango driver I know went from high pro level to less than 10 points, always in the red because of customers behaviours and because of no flexibility from the support team to reallocate those points if the situation is exceptional. Drivers will keep leaving.

please allow a mint or 2 so Drivers can go through ride details pick up & Drop off location because the time lapse of 5 seconds is very short to respond and usually rides get cancelled while Drivers want to accept it after going through ride details, but the app won't allow the rides to be accepted after it's auto cancelled in 5 seconds and then customer has to request a ride again in 5 mnts for drivers to get the same ride notification that too for 5 seconds to respond and the penalty each time

@WIND Mobility. This app has many issues I mean the support them it sucks they don't listen us and close the case by blaming us. The regular price is very low and when I go to place where there is pink area high demand it just disappear and I get that old regular price. The bonus amount is only just a name now we get bonus like it is nothing. I mean This app can be great. If you listen to rider's. Look we also have to maintain our bike and if the budget goes there we are empty. Good. bye

What’s new

Fixed a microphone error for drivers when switching the app to the background. Now the sound is fine and there's no interference during calls.
