This app is inferior compared to previous ones I've used. It's overcomplicated, uses slidebars to view SD recordings, length of recording isn't long enough, drops out every so often and fails to connect. Constantly having to switch the sound recorder on. I could go on but it's easier just to switch back to CE.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I signed up for the basic subscription through their website NOT through the app. Now it is about to expire and I do not want it to auto-renew. There is no where on either the website or app to cancel subscription or turn off automatic renew. After multiple calls to them and emails (which never are responded to) customer service tells me they cannot help. Although there is info in their FAQ about this topic the steps outlined Do Not exist!

App is lackluster. Constantly doesn't connect. Notifications delayed. Have other cameras on the same network with no issues. Have reached out multiple times to the company through their app "contact us" with no response. The cameras are decent and the PTZ functionality is good.
