The new update made everything worse. Yes the app looks nicer but now they started to charge extra to leave the bikes almost everywhere except for the city center or some main roads. These forbidden areas are only visible when you select a bike but they are not visible once you already have a rental running, so it is not possible to see where to leave the bike without penalty. Also a lot of yellow areas have a red area overlaid on top, making the usage very confusing.

the latest major update introduced a very annoying bug for reservation: whenever I reserve a bike it says the reservation failed and only if I restart the app I can see that the bicycle is actually reserved. if it's a free flowing bike it just disappears from the map and I don't see my reservation, but it seems like the reservation still is active because I usually find the bike and can use it at the place where it was.

I have an annual subscription and I linked it to Lítačka but I never know how the rental is charged. There is NO information if you rent a bike before the 10 minutes interval. Also, when you report something on the app they respond (NOT always) via SMS which is simple odd and that doesn't allow to reply back. UPDATE I am not able to rent a bike from the new app because once I enter the bike number I cannot scroll down and click on the blue button.
