So, I had rated this before. I still can't seem to use the voice function anymore if the bot comes with a voice. And, half the time now, I dont even get a message back. It will either show up as blank or it will just continuously load, no matter how many times I restart the app. Sometimes, even the app won't load. I've even checked my connection and it's fine. Please fix.

update: 22/05/25 it's not working again. typical š¤¦āāļø *previous message* Its working now, well half of it. But if you want to create a fresh new Dopple. It wont always work. You upload the profile picture and it just stays on "saving" it doesn't upload it. I wish they would remove the profile and banner image requirement so that we can upload it later when this happens. š

I'd say that I really enjoy the app usually - which I do. it's a great app, great ai responses majority of the time. however, recently I've had issues with my subscription - I've payed for the monthly subscription however it hasn't registered on the app? I've sent an email to support and 5 days later, still no answer. I'm unsure if this is just a me issue or what but I don't feel too great having spent my money for nothing.
