Fantastic game marred by poor instructions. In order to completely unlock the buildings, you need to put plants next to it. you grow them in the nursery. The nursery requires certain seeds and a mysterious number value to unlock. my nursery has a base value of 400 and yet none of the plants unlock over 185 even when I have the seeds. another way to get plants is to rebuild, but the rebuild instructions are really really bad. good luck figuring them out. I get lucky with some but not others.

I've just finished a full 15-Year playthrough (not real-time; I promise!) and I thoroughly enjoyed Dream Town Island. As a big fan of Kairosoft games, this is one of my favourites of the more recent offerings. My one problem is how obscure Combos are in this game. There are so many, but I couldn't really work out how to pull many of them off. This led to stilted progress in terms of my Town rank ups. In previous games, Combos have been a bit more obvious. But maybe I've missed something!

I really like the game, it's very easy to get sucked into. There could definitely be more of a tutorial, or help section because there was a lot I had no idea how or what to do, but honestly at the same time the learning curve made it a little more fun. I appreciate that you can play it without waiting for energy to return and no in app purchases. I downloaded multiple other games like this from the same developers and I'm looking forward to starting them as well.
