This is an updated 2025 review. It's going down to 2 stars for this app. I've had more orders and there have been more bad than good. I've switched devices and I couldn't even log back in to this app with everything updated (Android OS, any security patches and app version). I'm not holding out hope that it will get better so I'll just move to ordering in Grab.

Everything from adding items to applying discounts and checking work fine. It's when you try to check your order DELIVERY status that the app glitches out and the page keeps loading forever when you click on orders to check it's status. If you click on the status link from the home page, it shows for a brief second before redirecting you TWICE to a page that, once again, loads on forever. It's especially annoying when you try to exit the page because it keeps redirecting you when you try to exit

App doesn't detect my correct address, despite the map showing the correct house number, it insists on the wrong house number, with no way to correct it. In addition, it keeps throwing errors as to app availability. I now remember why I uninstalled it immediately after installing it a long time ago.
