I'm actually surprised at how good this app is. I'm using the free version and the workouts are doable in a living room with a toddler present- so it goes to show how easy it is to fit into your life. Max amount of time I think is maybe 30 minutes, but the work ours I've been doing are between 10 and 15 minutes. Perfect to ease into moving your body if you've not done it in a while.

loving it so far. The paid options are a bit confusing. I don't know what I have paid access for and what comes in premium access or what other options they are. But the exercises themselves, the set up, ease of the app, seeing the exercises and your progress is brilliant. I'm a real proscranitor and will find any excuse not to do things but I've kept committed to this so far.

Edit: My daily reminders stopped working? I set up two reminders and neither of them are working. Took away a star for this until it's fixed. This is the best exercise app I've used to keep me motivated. There is a lot of variation to what you can do, but it isn't too far out of reach for any level of fitness. I love this Pilates app. I am not paying for anything extra, just using the free version. Two thumbs up.
