I like the app, but it crashes every time I try to transfer money after the recent updates. I’ve attempted to clear the data and cache, but that hasn’t resolved the issue. For the past two weeks. Edit: Changing the system language to English worked temporarily, but I’m not satisfied with that as a permanent solution. I won’t change my review score until the app functions as intended. This seems like a simple error, and I’m sure you can fix it.

Hi there, please can you now go into the Play Store and install the latest version as it contains a bug fix - if you're still having issues, please let me know.

It works but the UI is subpar. For example if you're trying to add a new payee and you switch to the app where you've pasted their details, when you switch back to the TSB App it moves you back to the screen where you choose an existing payee or add a new one. Which is pointless, inconvenient and frankly stupid

since the latest update, I am having great difficulty accessing the app. I have done everything as advised by customer services, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and clearing all caches. it just keeps saying securing your advice and then goes to a blank screen. I have never had an issue previously with logging on to the app. It's extremely inconvenient. Are you getting a fix for this issue?

Hi Joyce, I'm sorry to hear that. Please could you try deleting the app completely, then going back into the Play Store to download it while connected to a trusted wifi network? You may also want to check there's available storage on your device and if there's an available Android update in your device settings.

What’s new

This update for our app brings some new features.

You’ll be able to log out from the app at any time just by using the back swipe gesture.

The Move Money button on your Home page now takes you to the Payments screen, where you can see all your payment options in one place.

And if you need any Help and Support, you can now get to it directly from the bottom of the Home page. It’s better signposted elsewhere too.
