App was great when I started in Feb, now it constantly freezes, won't let me input anything manually and is a complete waste of time. Makes contacting support very complicated with multiple hoops to jump through to get to the right person. Requests for help and/or advice are often ignored or take an age to get an initial response. The things we pay a premium for just aren't available. They blame volume of users so clearly can't keep up with demand, but fixing the app should be an easy priority.

The app is too clunky to be useful. There is no filter availability for the recipes. Even just breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks would make it easier as it isn't set in any kind of logical way. Latest update has also removed the percentage towards each milestone. When you have a lot to lose and the milestones are over 21lb apart, it was nice to see the actual percentage of the milestone you had completed. Please bring it back. Also trend lines and food tracker needed

Some issues. Needs work. Often won't stop recording a message or send it which is frustrating. Not working well as too many users? Can't delete a message you have sent to coach if you want to. Fit bit app struggles to connect with it or update. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. This company has the funds to do better on the app front given that this is the support platform / interface for your customers.
